(hereinafter referred to as "Manna CEA") regards user personal information important and is subject to relevant laws and regulations to be followed by information and communication service providers, such as the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection. 1. Personal Information Collection and Methods
Manna CEA collects the following personal information for service application, consultation, bulletin board service, and quotation.
a. Collected personal information
1) Manna CEA collects the following personal information for membership, consultation, and quotation.
– Membership details: Login ID, Password
– Quotation form: Name, Title, Gender, Phone Number, Email
– Address, contact information: for checking the exact location details for quotation
– E-mail address, e-mail reception, mobile phone number, SMS reception: for delivery of notices, confirmation of intentions, quotation consultation
– Other optional items: materials for providing personalized service
2) Service usage records, access logs, cookies, IP address, payment records, and abuse records may be generated and collected during service use.

2. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
Manna CEA uses the collected personal information for the following purposes:
a) Respond to user’s inquiries and fulfilling requests such as newsletters, product information and quotations
b) For membership management (prevention of fraudulent membership sign-ups and misuse, confirmation of intention to join or duplicate registration, preservation of records for mediation of disputes, handling or including complaints, notification of communication, etc.)
c) Keep statistics on the delivery of advertisement information such as events used for marketing and advertising, identification of access frequency, or service usage
d) Promote SNS communication through sharing
3. Retention Period of Personal Information
Personal information is immediately destroyed to an un-restorable state once the purpose of collecting and storing personal information is fully served. However, personal information may be stored safely for a designated period afterwards if Manna CEA is required by law to store the information for a specified period.
a) According to the company’s internal policy, even if a member withdraws membership, the member's information can be retained for 5 years from the date of contract termination for the purpose of preventing account fraud, resolving disputes, and cooperating at the request of the investigating agency.
b) In case there is a need to preserve personal information according to the provisions of related laws, such as the Act on Visa Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., Manna CEA keeps the member information for a certain period of time as specified in the following related laws:

- Record on labeling / advertisement: 6 months (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
– Record on contract or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
– Record of consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
– Record on collection / processing and use of credit information: 3 years (Act on Use and Protection of Credit Information)
– Record of visit: 3 months (Communication Confidentiality Protection Act)

4. Procedure and Method of Personal Information Destruction
Personal information is immediately destroyed once the purpose of collecting and using personal information is fully served. Destruction procedures and methods are as follows:
a) Destruction procedure
– After the purpose is served, the information entered by the member is transferred to a separate data base (separate documents in the case of paper), and according to the internal policy and other relevant laws and regulations for information protection (see 3. Retention Period of Personal Information) information is destroyed after specified period of time.
– Personal information transferred to a separate data base will not be used for any purpose other than retention unless required by law.
b) Destruction method
– Personal information printed on paper is shredded or destroyed by incineration
– Personal information stored in the form of electronic files is deleted using a technical method that cannot reproduce the record.

5. Personal Information
Manna CEA may use users’ personal information as in “2. The Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information”. Personal information will be used within the scope of the notification and will not be provided to any third party.
However, exceptions are as follows:
- If user consent was obtained in advance
– In accordance with the provisions of the law or for the purpose of investigation
– When it is extremely difficult to obtain general consent for economic or technical reasons as personal information necessary for the performance of the contract regarding the provision of the service.

6. Consignment of Handling Collected Personal Information
– If users contact the Personal Information Manager by phone or e-mail, Manna CEA will take action without delay.
– If users request to correct errors in their personal information, Manna CEA will not use or provide the personal information until the correction is completed. In addition, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, Manna CEA will promptly notify the third party of the result of the correction.
– Manna CEA shall delete personal information that has been terminated or deleted at the request of the user or legal representative. It is handled as described in the "3. Retention Period of Personal Information " and is not available for viewing or use for any other purpose.

7. Rights of the Users & Legal Representatives and the Method of Exercising Them
Manna CEA uses 'cookies' that are created during the process of using the service and are automatically stored and used to provide customized services.
Cookies are tiny text files that are automatically sent to computer when users visit Manna CEA website and are stored on users’ computer hard disk.
a) Purpose of using cookies
– Provide customized information according to individual interests
– Analyze member's and non-member's access frequency or time spent in Manna CEA website, grasp user's tastes and interests and utilize them in target marketing
– When the quotation program is in progress, the quotation information of each page is temporarily stored and used to prevent quotation recurring
– Analyze members' habits to measure service reorganization
b) Installation / Operation and Rejection of Cookies
– User can opt out of setting cookies by choosing their web browser's options to allow all cookies, user needs to confirm each time they save a cookie, or refuse storage of all cookies.
– Example of cookie setting method (Internet Explorer case) : Click ‘Tools’ at the top of web browser > Internet option > Personal Information
– If the user refuses to install cookies they may experience some difficulties in using some part of service including areas that require login.
8. Installation, Operation and Rejection of the Automatic Collection of Personal Information
Manna CEA performs the following technical/administrative protective measures to ensure user’s personal information safety in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
a) The company restricts access to users’ personal information to a minimum number of people. The minimum number of people includes:
- Person who performs marketing business directly with user
– Person who manages and executes quotation program
– Person who manages personal information
– Persons who are unavoidable to handle personal information in other business
b) In order to prevent leakage risks of personal information, Manna CEA regularly holds training sessions with employees who handle personal information.
c) All employees of Manna CEA are required to be trained on prevention of information leakage to protect the personal information of users.
d) Manna CEA shall not be liable for the leakage of personal information caused by personal error of users or external factors of the Internet. Users are required to properly manage and take responsibility for protecting their personal information.

10. Correction of Personal Information
This Privacy Policy will be applied from the effective date, and users will be notified of any addition, deletion, and/or modification in this Privacy Policy through notification at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled amendment.
